By using Petra AI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

• Petra AI apps may not be 100% secure.
• You are responsible for securing your device and account.

The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions provide access to additional features such as increased usage limits and advanced models.

Subscription fees are billed periodically and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Payments are processed via third-party platforms (e.g., App Store, Google Play) or directly through our website. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The Service relies heavily on external factors, including a stable internet connection. Certain features may not function properly if:

• Your internet connection is unstable or unavailable.

Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. To cancel, you must follow the cancellation instructions provided within the app or your account settings on the applicable platform (e.g., App Store, Google Play).

All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including trademarks, copyrights, and database rights, belong to Petra AI. Users may not infringe on these rights.

The Service may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., cloud storage). We are not responsible for third-party services and their terms may apply.
