I. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Refunds will only be considered for accounts with minimal usage of the Service (e.g., no more than 3 images generated within the refund window).
  • Active usage of the Service beyond this threshold disqualifies eligibility for a refund, given the resource-intensive nature of the AI processes involved.

II. How to Request a Refund

  • If your purchase was made via the App Store or Google Play, refunds must be requested directly from these platforms following their policies.

III. Subscription Cancellation
